The NFL Network reported Sunday afternoon that prior to its game against the Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Raiders’ right tackle Trent Brown had been sent to a Cleveland-area hospital due to a problem with an IV drip that caused air to circulate through his bloodstream.

There was no further information given about his condition, except that he would be hospitalized overnight for observation.

“We’re just going to say that he got ill here in the locker room and he’s being evaluated right now and we’ll update you as soon as we know something. I’m told everything is OK,” said Raiders’ head coach Jon Gruden.

Together, the Browns and his family have been praying for a full recovery.

DontSayNoToPills   – an air bubble in the veins can lead to an arterial embolism. basically, this pocket of air can get into an artery, brain or the lungs and cause a blockage which often is a stroke so… don’t inject air y’all
