Two-time Super Bowl champion, outside linebacker Von Miller, is parting ways with the Los Angeles Rams as he has signed a six-year, $120 million deal with the Buffalo Bills.
The Bills have confirmed the trade on Twitter welcoming the 2015 Super Bowl MVP.
Miller also uploaded a video informing others about him moving to New York.
“It’s been crazy, man. Crazy four hours going back and forth, man,” Miller said. “A lot of things I love in LA, but I just wanted to let you know I’m coming to Buffalo. Bills Mafia, what’s good?! Is 40 open?”
Reportedly, the 32-year-old will receive an average of $17.5 million all the way through the first four years, as per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. If the report is accurate, Buffalo is paying Miller more than the Rams did around $13-$14 million.
Adam Schefter of ESPN also reported Miller is set to receive $51.5 million guaranteed and $45 million of it at signing.
He had spent 11 seasons with the Denver Broncos before he was traded to the Rams in exchange for a second and third-round draft pick In the 2022 NFL Draft on November 1, 2021.
As for stats, Miller has 540 tackles, 115 sacks, and two interceptions in his career, making him one of the big names up for grabs in the trade market this year.
