LeBron James’ son Bronny James has been in multiple headlines recently before even beginning his professional basketball career. LeBron himself has openly stated that having his son play alongside him in the NBA is what he wants most. However, the path Bronny pursues may differ from his father.

Given LeBron’s reputation, Bronny is often mentioned among the nation’s most talked-about high school prospects. He has also been very well received by others for the level of performance he has been exhibiting over the past few weeks. Currently, the 17-year-old is taking part in several games in Europe.

The California Basketball Club dispatched Bronny to represent the team. He’ll be joined in the competition by his brother Bryce James, as they face off against the top international teams and players in the world.

LeBron’s plans for his son’s future are quite clear. He asserted Bronny would benefit from participating in a professional development program designed to prepare players for the NBA. This is the most effective way to help his son realize his goal of playing in the NBA.

Nonetheless, Bronny may decide to pursue a career in the NCAA. ESPN Insider Paul Biancardi claimed that there are five colleges trying to recruit Bronny.

“Although it’s still relatively early in the recruiting process, there is a strong feeling he will take the college route as opposed to the G League Ignite or other developmental leagues,” Biancardi wrote. “He is being pursued by the likes of UCLA, USC, Michigan, Ohio State, and Oregon, among others.”

What you gonna do?

With offers from prestigious colleges such as UCLA, USC, Oregon, Ohio State, and others, Bronny may take his pick of where to further his education. Given his current location, his hometown, and other considerations, he would be well-served by enrolling in any of the aforementioned schools.

His papa was a rolling stone

The only dream that remains for LeBron is playing alongside his son Bronny. We might not have to wait long for that to happen. Considering the level he is playing at even now, it is unlikely that he will retire soon.
