Luka Doncic had 30 points and 14 rebounds, and the Dallas Mavericks beat Golden State 119-109 in Game to avoid elimination in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.
Dorian Finney-Smith scored 23 points on 9-of-13 shooting and Bullock added 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting – all three-pointers. Jalen Brunson had 15 points, while Maxi Kleber, who was 2-of-14 (all 3s) in the first three games, made two 3s before halftime and shot 5-of-6 overall for 13 points.
The Mavericks took a 29-point lead into the fourth quarter before Golden State reduced the lead eight, and Kerr reinserted his starters. Subsequently Doncic then drove for a dunk and Bullock hit his sixth 3-pointer. A dunk by Doncic and a Jonathan Kuminga charge put an end to the threat.
The defeat snapped the Warriors win streak in Western Conference finals, though they still have a firm grip on this series.
“What he does for this team is incredible, “Not just points and assists, but being able to rebound the ball. There at the end, he came up with a nice little blocked shot to pad his defensive stats. He’s our leader. Where he goes, we go. He loves that stage.”
- Jason Kidd on Luka Doncic
A Sullen Atmosphere Before The Game
Both coaches struck somber notes prior to tip-off for Dallas’ 119-109 win over Golden State, to put Game 4 in proper perspective after the inexplicable loss of life at Robb Elementary School.
“I’d like to say that our hearts go out to the victims and families of the horrific events in Uvalde, Texas. We send out condolences to our fellow Texans and keep them in our hearts. We truly will play with heavy hearts tonight for the community, for Robb Elementary School.”
- Jason Kidd
"I'm tired. I'm so tired of getting up here and offering condolences to the devastated families that are out there. I'm so tired of the excuses. I'm tired of the moments of silence. Enough,"
- Steve Kerr
This Team Lives And Dies By The Three
65
The Mavs have now made 65 3-pointers in the first four games of the West finals, which is the most for the first four games of a conference finals series. No. 2 on the all-time list, the 2018-19 Toronto Raptors.
"It was almost like an ego win (for Dallas). You come out and really have nothing to lose. So that confidence started early,"
- Stephen Curry
"Dallas was great tonight. They deserved the win. It's the final of the conference. That's how it should be."
- Steve Kerr

Luka has to have that attitude. Great to see. Game by Game till the end But 146 other teams have failed to come back from 0-3 It would be legendary if the Mavs actually made history that way. But GSW is a good team with a good coach, who will try their utmost to avoid being history
That game 2 throw really hurts now. Winning game 5 would put a lot of pressure on GSW but we'll see
If that happened, I would finally be able to let go of the 67 win Mavs team getting bounced by a damn GSW with an 8 seed in the first round. That series haunts me.
I would not be surpised at all but warriors is not suns
Dubs are gentlemen. They also respect Luka. Although history is meant to be broken, 146-0, is no joke. Only 3 teams made it to game 7; that’s 2%
just have to stay hot for 3 games. they made some good offensive adjustments to get inside and it made for even easier looks.
Still can. They just took out the #1 Suns.
This series would have looked so different if they didnt choke that lead in game 2.
What do u expect them to say? Non-news
Gentleman’s Sweep. Ya’ll are crazy
