Jets heading to London to play Falcons in 2021 NFL season

The Jets will be traveling overseas in 2021.

The team will face the Falcons on Oct. 10 in London at 9:30 a.m. The game is a Falcons home game.

This will be the first time the Jets have played in England since 2015 when they defeated the Dolphins there. 

Jets owner Woody Johnson served as the ambassador to the United Kingdom from 2017-21 under former President Donald Trump. Johnson returned to the United States in January and resumed his duties with the Jets.

The Jets will open the season in Carolina against the Panthers at 1 p.m. on Sept. 12.

The Jets will be in primetime on Nov. 4 at the Colts on “Thursday Night Football,” according to a source.
