Washington quarterback Dwayne Haskins is still sick and was not at practice Wednesday, three days after missing Sunday’s game due to a stomach virus.
On Sunday morning, Haskins — who lost his starting job and was demoted to third string last week — was sent home by team officials, before the team traveled from the hotel to the stadium for their game against the Rams, after coming down with a stomach virus. It was not COVID-19 related.
A few people are asking for clarification because there are conflicting reports:
Haskins was sent home sick from the team hotel. He didn’t show up at the stadium this morning. The club made the decision before they bussed to the stadium. #WashingtonFootball

Now it appears Haskins is still suffering from the same illness, which is still not related to COVID-19.
Dwayne Haskins is not at practice Wednesday. He’s still sick, but it’s not believed to be COVID-19 related.
