Daniel Jones in pads, sprinting, taking snaps in concussion recovery ahead of Rams matchup

The Giants signed offensive tackle Devery Hamilton to the practice squad, as first reported by the Daily News. Hamilton, 23, an undrafted rookie, spent time this offseason and this fall with the Las Vegas Raiders but hasn’t played in a game. The 6-7, 314-pounder played at Stanford with Giants tight end Kaden Smith and finished his college career with one season at Duke. … The Giants’ four practice squad protections are QB Brian Lewerke, OT Korey Cunningham, WR Dante Pettis and DT David Moa. Lewerke would get promoted on Sunday to be Glennon’s backup if Jones couldn’t play.
