Celtics injury report: Jaylen Brown (knee) questionable to play vs. Wizards

The Boston Celtics could be without one of their All-Star players for Sunday night’s home game against the Washington Wizards.

C’s guard Jaylen Brown is listed as questionable on the team’s latest injury report released Saturday evening. He is dealing with left knee soreness.

The other players on the injury report are guards Marcus Smart (left calf tear) and Romeo Langford (right wrist surgery rehab), who have both been ruled out.

Brown is one of two Celtics All-Stars along with Jayson Tatum. The 24-year-old guard is averaging a career-high 25 points per game this season. He scored 15 points on Friday night when the Celtics snapped their three-game losing streak with a 118-112 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Boston.

The Celtics will be looking for revenge Sunday. The last time they played the Wizards was Feb. 14 in Washington, where the C’s suffered an embarrassing 104-91 defeat.
